Hi All,
I am having a requirement, where we are having a condition which says "if a particular template (A) is selected then there would be 10 Catalog tasks else there will be 15 Catalog Tasks". I have already created this in the workflow using 'IF' Activity and it is working properly.
But now, there is also another requirement that if template (A) is selected then the 10 Catalog Tasks should have 3 Business Day SLA where as if anything else is selected then the 15 catalog tasks should have 6 Business Day SLA.
Can anyone help me with this, if its possible via workflow or not and how?
Thanks,
Angshuman

Hi,
The approach is simple, in the sla definitions select the table as requested item (instead of catalog task, if 3 business is for all tasks end to end).
In the condition, chose the right catalog item and also select the template name.

Hi,
1) I assume you have a SLA configured already.
2) In Catalog Task activity you can give time and schedule which will be picked by your SLA definition and it will be attached as per duration and scheduled assign in Catalog task workflow activity.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi Ashutosh,
So, I have to define it in every single catalog task?? or is there any script which we can apply on the IF activity?

Hi,
It should be on each task.
Thanks,
