Approval is not required

Hello,

My name is dialy gningue,i hope you will find a solution to my problem.

we’re working  on  sub-prod instances (dev and QA) and we are currently working on change management application, and for some reasons that are still unknown, on changes approvals on approvers section, it display :  « No Longer Required » next to each approvals. approval should be required any time. We’re using a approval coordinator activitie  in the workflow to manage all approvals.You can see the Screenshot for a better understanding. do you have any idea how we could solve this ? Tkanks

it's ok when manual approvers approve but i need all the approval

Why are you using the Approval Coordinator instead of having separate approvals that happen one after another?  I have seen a couple community posts were is was suggested not to use the approval coordinator and just use approval activity for each approval.  Something like this.

Please let me how you defined wait for the condition in your approval coordinator activity

check with this in approval coordinator activity

Also, define wait for condition for the child activities of coordinator as per your requirement.

i checked my approval coordinator activity, every thing is ok like your screenshot

what you need to know is, every was ok , there was no problem with approval, few days ago i add an approval group in approval coordinator et i publish it, then i see that approval was not requiered. 

I tried to backout what i did, and test again, but it was the same thing, it was displayed :  No Longer Required  next on each approval group.

hi every one, 

i found my issue, it was a BR that changed the value of the state field of approvals to false, it was based on several condition and unfortunately approvals for approval coordinator activities were part of.
