Article feedback comment appearance only on clicking on NO, while for YES, it should only accept.

I was trying to implement the functionality of visibility of comment box under the knowledge articles only when clicking on NO, while clicking on YES stays the same (i.e just submits the feedback and creates a record in kb_feedback). I tried finding some out of the box solutions to utilize but i do not see one.

When checking in PDIs, i see there only direct way of showing the comment box on the article page and the comment behaves independently on its own and no dependency with the YES/NO buttons.

I was also having a issue of adding the widget into the page. When drag and box the widget "Knowledge Articles Comments" on to the container of the knowledge article page, the widget doesn't appears properly as in rectangle like others. It crumbles down to a single spaces between others widgets. The widget is copied into the container of other widgets, but it wouldn't show as a rectangle (attaching widget.png, highlighting in red arrow). Even then, the comment box doesn't appears on the article page in front end. What could be the issue here?

Can you show the page after you have added the wiget.

so what I understood from your requirement is that you just want to change the position of comment box. In this case you will have to delete it from bottom and add a new widget instance from left selection.

It sometimes get tedious to place the widget in existing page, I would suggest to see the page structure from sp_page from backend and then try.

I have two requirements here.

1. The comment box should be dynamically visible on clicking of NO button.

2. There is an issue with the comment box not being visible in the first place, even adding into the portal.

I couldn't able to add the entire article page because of the content. However i have added the area of the widget visibility. I have added the widget into the portal page as shown in the attached screenshot. However the added widget doesn't appears like other. Instead it just appears an empty space between other widgets. In the screenshot, you can see some spacing between two widgets, when clicking on that tiny space, the widget name is appears on top right.
