Article invisible in Knowledge base when Workflow changed

Hello everyone,

When the article state changes from Published to Draft / Review the previous version gets vanished from Knowledge Base. When the article is made to draft, the old version should be available to user until the new version gets updated.

Please suggest me any idea to achieve this .

Only published articles are available at front end.

Are you using the checkout option? If yes the newer version is created.

 

what is your use case here?

yes , we are using the check out option . During this time , the previous version of the article should be accessible to users until the new version is published.

Available to end uses on portal?
