Article invisible in Knowledge base when Workflow changed

Hello everyone,

When the article state changes from Published to Draft / Review the previous version gets vanished from Knowledge Base. When the article is made to draft, the old version should be available to user until the new version gets updated.

Please suggest me any idea to achieve this .

When articles is checkout, the kb article workflow changes to outdated and it is not visible to end users oob because if something is outdated, it should not be available.

 

The article should only be checkout when new changes are available, its a process thing.
