Assistance Needed for Redirecting Incidents to Form View in Employee Center Portal

Hello All,
I am encountering a redirection issue with incident tickets when searched using the search bar on the Employee Center portal. Whenever I search for an incident number in the homepage search bar of the portal, it should open the incident in form view (similar to the backend form view) within the portal itself. Currently, it opens the incident in ticket view, where the URL shows "id=ticket." If I manually change the URL from "id=ticket" to "id=form," it opens the incident in form view, which is the expected result.
I need to set the default behavior so that incidents, requests, RITMs, and SCTASKs open in form view when searched in the portal's search bar. I have checked the widgets for any settings related to view configurations but have not found anything relevant. Can anyone guide me on how to achieve this?
