Asterik symbol is removed when we click on submit button from Service Portal

Hi,

We have a catalog item and OOTB attachment icon. When we click on submit button asterik symbol is getting removed from OOTB attachment icon. Could you please help us to add that asterik symbol if the attachment is added means alone it should remove it.

As per my understanding you would like to modify behavior so that the asterisk symbol remains visible when an attachment is added, but is removed only when the attachment is not added. Is this correct?

Once you click on the submit button without attachment it is removed.

@Arun91  How are you making attachment mandatory please clarify that as if you use OOTB feature it works fine as per your requirement. See if this configuration helps you.
