Hi everyone, I am trying to allow Guest users to upload attachments on my Service Portal.
Here is what I have done so far:
1.Created a custom widget that includes attachment functionality.
2.Set the system property glide.attachment.role.
3.Reviewed and adjusted ACLs related to the sys_attachment and sys_attachment_doc tables.
Even after these changes, the guest user still cannot upload attachments. The upload action is blocked, and the portal shows “Not allowed for Guest.” I also tried impersonating a guest user and assigning the public role, but it still did not work. Has anyone successfully enabled attachment uploads for Guest users on a Service Portal page? Any suggestions or examples on how to make this work securely, either through configuration or by extending the widget, would be appreciated.
