Hi Team,
Attachments are not visible on the task level, we can see attachments only on RITM. When IT attach anything on the task level that does not appear for the user's when the user attaches something that won't appear for IT on the task level.-
Please help how to fix.

Hi
you seem to be the only "expert" who really recommends creating tons of redundant attachments. I know a customer instance where over one million of requests per year are processed. And assuming each request has several catalog tasks an incredible amount of senseless megabytes would be wasted.
And your Flow-based solution is not complete and therefore doesn't fulfills the requirement. In case the underlying Workflow/Flow of the RITM creates some tasks later, these tasks will not get attachment copies from their parent RITM. The better approach would be a trigger on creation of a task.

I agree with the point mentioned by Maik.
Use related list to show the files by decreasing the size of attachment table.
