Auto assessment BR is not working

Hello Community leaders,

I have requirement to create new survey on RITM table. For that I create a survey to trigger it we have given a trigger condition(state is closed completed)  but in that the 'Auto assessment business rule' Bussiness rule which should auto generate but is not generating OOB.

So we found some thing in the community  that in the "Generate assessment trigger condition" business rule ----> in the script include(AssessmentUtils), one of the function  "updateTriggerConditionBR" is misiing. So, we have update that function. Now "Auto assessment business rule" BR is generated in trigger condition with the conditions(state is closed completed).

However in the "asmt_assessment_instance" table record was not created when we satisfies the condition(state is closed completed) on RITM table.

Please Help here.

Please change condition to 'State' 'Changes to' 'Closed Complete'
