Requirement: Populate Chat Summary Before Interaction Closure
We have a requirement to populate the Chat_Summary field on the Interaction record with a summary of the ongoing chat conversation before the Interaction is closed.
Currently, the out-of-the-box Chat Summarization capability generates and populates the interaction summary only after the Interaction has been ended or moved to a Closed Complete state.
Question:
Is there a supported way to generate and retrieve the chat summary while the Interaction is still active, so that the summary can be populated into the Chat_Summary field prior to closing the Interaction record?
