Unable to recieve Survey emails once Interaction is closed

Hi Team,

 

I have created survey for Interaction table and i have added few trigger condition when state is changes to closed and type is phone or chat, assigned to is not empty etc.
As per OOB survey email should trigger but my case am not.
Below are configuration screenshot.
can anyone suggest or provide me the solution.

am able to see the survey record under survey instance tab but not in emails.

what debugging did you do?

check these

Surveys do not trigger although the trigger condition is met. 

Survey did not trigger though the trigger condition got satisfied

 Thanks for quick reponse.
Actually when i have 1st trigger condition as state changes to closed complete email got triggered, later i have added other trigger condition at that time email was not triggering.
May i know the cause

HI Mounika,

 

Can you try once for Assigned To , Use AND operator instead of OR.

 

Also open the testing interaction record and ensure all value in place like Opened by is not empty.

because if one condition failed, trigger will not work.

I have removed OR condition and added in AND condition .still mails is not getting triggered.
