Normally how many days it takes to close the problem ticket once resolved. And where can I find regarding this auto-closure of problem.

It depends, it can be 15 days / 30 days as well.

So how did you know its 15 days / 30 days, because I don't see any system property as same as for incident.

I am not saying it is in SN, this is I am saying on with my experience. I worked as Prb manager and we had 2 WF to auto close the prb. SN did not provide any thing OOTB regarding this.
