Auto Incident ticket creation via email?

Hi,
One of my clients has informed me that other SN Instances can auto generate incident tickets via an email address. I tried to look in other postings but was not sure what to search on. Please advise. Thank you

Auto assigning the assignment group shouldn't be an issue. All you need to do is have the following statement in your inbound action and replace "Assignment Group Name" with your actual group name:
current.assignment_group.setDisplayValue("Assignment Group Name");
