Hello,
I am new to this ServiceNow project and I have a task to auto-populate fields in our Change Management template based on inbound emails. These inbound emails arrive as a service bulletin and based on the information in the email, I would like to have this information auto-filled to our change management template. (ex: Summary of bulletin to Short description, reference number to number, "What to Expect to "Risk and Impact Analysis" field, etc) I will also need these dates entered into our Change Calendar based on their start/end dates.
What steps can I look into to for completing this project? Thank you everyone!

Hi @mythNOW
If i truly speaking , it is not good way, as you need to parse email and then add those values in change.
It is required scripting. Also make sure, the field lable not get change in email else logic will not work.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
