We have a scenario where we create incidents from alerts based on alert rules.We now would like to have automatic call out to a particular person based on the assignment group of the incident.is there any suggested ways in kingston or in upcoming madrid?

This is something which i was also looking at. However i wante dto know if there is any solution other than using twilio.
