Based on parent field child field should be populated in website table

Hello Team,

Requirement: In website table we have X (custom field )field and integer type,

Creating Parent website and child websites from catalog item, whenever we create website increasing counter of x field like

M-website-(xvalue=100), N-child website(xvalue=101),L-child website(xvalue=103)

But i want for child websites instead of above N-child website(x=100a),L-child website(x=100b).
