Midserver.user is not updating the owned by field for linux server records How to resolve this issue please shre step by step procedure how to fix this issue with all possibilities as discovery is running on daily basis still "owned by" fields are blank

Hi @ayush_g ,
Normally discovery won't populate the Owned by field as it is a non- discoverable attribute unless you have done any customisation to populate it.

MID Server DOES NOT directly populate “Owned by”
The owned_by field is populated based on the
- Identification & Reconciliation rules
- Data sources (like AD, LDAP, cloud, etc.)
- Transform logic / scripts
