Bomgar Integration

Hi All,

      We have a requirement to integrate bomgar with service-now..Can someone suggest the steps to achieve this,as i m not aware of bomgar.

Is der any plugin or update set to be installed???If some one can come up with detailed instructions about this integration that would be helpful.

You get Bomgar in 2 versions Basic & Enterprise version,


1. You get both the version as update set


2. You need to purchase Bomgar license and configure Bomgar appliance to interact with ServiceNow (Refer pdf link)


3. You need to configure ServiceNow to interact with Bomgar appliance (Refer pdf link)
