Branding - What did you name your ServiceNow platform?

We're rolling out ITSM/ITIL and the ServiceNow platform for the first time.   The company would prefer to not use the name "ServiceNow" to refer to the system / webpage with our end-users (note - I'm not looking for guidance around the URL).   I'm curious, if you branded your site/platform, what name did you use?

We're primarily rolling out Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Request with things like Change, Config and others in the future.

Thanks, Justin

Hi Justin,

Using reverse proxy you can name your instance to anything within a domain you own.

This will mask your instance URL.

For example if you own abc.com domain, your instance can be ITPortal.abc.com

You will need rights for the new domain but no changes are required on your instance.

Have a look at following for more information:

Hope this helps.

We are calling ours The Hub   (The HR Hub to be exact, as we're rolling out the HR module)

Oh, this is a fun question. I know time has passed, but I'll throw out some suggestions just in case it will help someone else:

Support Central

Help Central

Service Hub

Quick Assist

<company initial>net (e.g. Znet)

<meaningful acronym that rolls off the tongue> (e.g. ISD (Internal Services Department))

Center Point

Service Spot

Thanks,

Jodi
