Bulk Delete Knowledge Article from List View

Can we Bulk delete "Draft" knowledge articles from Knowledge List View using UI Action from the List Choice?

Hi,

yes, you can simply go to Knowledge > Articles > Unpublished, select all the records and select action Delete.

Note: only users with admin or knowldge role (added to Can Contribute in the Knowledge Base), refer to the second image below.

Hi Alberto,

The Delete that we have OOB, will work irrespective of the Knowledge state, may it be Draft/Published/Retired.
If select the articles, and select Delete UI Action it would delete them.

But, what I need is something different, when any knowledge_admin/knowledge_manager goes to All under Knowledge, the user should be able to select all the articles irrespective of the states and on selecting "Delete Draft Articles" only those articles should get deleted whose state is "Draft".
