We are currently looking at renaming the assignment groups in our system, but the challenge we foresee is lot of them are referred within the content of the Knowledge article. Is there a safe and recommended approach to do them in bulk?
if you want to update assignment group in content of knowledge article, then you will have to write one time fix script to update content of knowledge article.
