Business stakehold user not able to read change record even having sn_change_read role

Hi All,
I have a user with business stakeholder role (it has sn_change_read role). ACL is granting read access to user with sn_change_read role. But user is not able to see change record.
What could be issue ?

Hi,
What issue user is having? Can you share the screenshot of the same.
For the troubleshooting check on below points -
- With ITIL access is user able to see the tickets?
- Check with assigning the write access (sn_change_write) to the user if the issue persist.
- Is any other ACL restricting the access of the user on change?
- Check on before query BR on change as well?
- Does the user not able to access the record on list view or on form?
