Business stakehold user not able to read change record even having sn_change_read role

Hi All,

 

I have a user with business stakeholder role (it has sn_change_read role). ACL is granting read access to user with sn_change_read  role. But user is not able to see change record.

 

What could be issue ?

What issue user is having? Can you share the screenshot of the same.

For the troubleshooting check on below points -

  1. With ITIL access is user able to see the tickets?
  2. Check with assigning the write access (sn_change_write) to the user if the issue persist. 
  3. Is any other ACL restricting the access of the user on change?
  4. Check on before query BR on change as well?
  5. Does the user not able to access the record on list view or on form?
