Business stakehold user not able to read change record even having sn_change_read role

Hi All,
I have a user with business stakeholder role (it has sn_change_read role). ACL is granting read access to user with sn_change_read role. But user is not able to see change record.
What could be issue ?

add the role to the Change Request Application Menu or Change Request Module.

Couple of things to note here:
Along with the ROLE where in ACL user are getting access via "sn_change_read", is there any script as well present in that ACL or it is just the Role is there.
Can you share a screenshot of the ACL here through which you are giving the user access to read records.
Check if there are any Before Query Business Rule present on Change Request Table which will override ACL and will not allow the records itself to get loaded into the ServiceNow Application from Database to give an opportunity for the ACL to get executed.
