Calendar & Schedule & Shift - Display multiple active employees on calendar

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently working with the On-call Calendar in ServiceNow and trying to display all employees who are active on a given day.

So far, I have configured the group, schedule, and shifts. However, I am encountering an issue with rotation intervals, where employees are assigned to rotate across specific days or weeks. My requirement is to have multiple employees shown as active on the same day, rather than rotating individually.

 

I explored creating multiple rosters, but it seems there is a limitation of four rosters. I also considered creating separate schedules per employee, but this approach does not scale well, as we have around 200 employees.

Is there a recommended approach or configuration that allows multiple employees to be displayed as active on the same day within the On-call Calendar?
