You can search for Starter Stores in Now Create assets: https://nowlearning.service-now.com/nowcreate?id=search_assets

I recommend you search by product (e.g.: Incident Management, Discovery, Problem Management etc.)

There are some products of ITSM and ITOM that don't exist Starter Stores on Now Create assets (Example: Change and Release Management) 

Do you know the reason for that?
