Can't extend user table

In my developer instance I can't extend the sys_user table. The checkbox is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong?

You mean extensible checkbox is not editable on the user table. Please confirm.

I went to tables, made sys_user extensible, then was able to create a table and extend sys_user:

Correct. I want to do that but the field is greyed out.

Hi Joel,

Make sure you are in global application scope. Can you please check the same once.
