Can't find Manager Workspace

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a schedule for my agents, I've seen the guide and the first article in it refers me to the manager workspace which I'm struggling to find.

I'm an admin on my instance and I have the prerequisited roles.

Would appreciate any help 🙂

Ohh in that case, try to repair the workforce optimization plugin, I did just install and share screenshot. 

 

Give a update / repair the plugin.

Now I have Manager Workspace but when I enter it I get a page that says "No results found, please try your search again"

its has been replaced by SOW Service Operation Workspace
