Can't see KB article text from mobile devices

We are currently on Utah and have a strange issue with KB articles.  When you access our Service Portal from a mobile device and view a KB article, only the images show up (no text) unless you check "Desktop site" in your phone or tablet's settings.  Has anyone seen this before?

@Cheryl Pledger  You might require an additional plugin - ServiceNow NowMobile App - Knowledge Management Screens and Launcher screens (com.glideapp.knowledge.mobile_requestor) plugin must be activated on your instance.

Thank you for your answer but we are not using the mobile app.  This is an issue when trying to view the KB article using just the browser on a mobile device.

 

@Cheryl Pledger  Got it! I tried to check on this but was able to find the support case which explains the limitations of mobile view.
