Can we have a tooltip for each choice list value?

We have a requirement from wherein we want a tooltip to be shown on all the choices of a choice list. When a user hover over any option on the choice list, a hint should be shown explaining the meaning/implication of the choice. Anyone?

You can use Hint field in Choice List table to have tool-tip for this

This issue is still a noted bug on the HI website with no resolution so far. The tooltip shows in IE but not in Chrome.

Every column has a fields called 'Hint' in its dictionary entry Kumar. Once you set a value, it will show that when you hover over the field.

Hi All on this post! This was working for me. But all of a sudden it doesnt show the choice hints anymore. I am using Chrome / Eureka. Trying to figure out whats wrong. Any ideas?

Using the "Hint" field does not seem working any more.

In IE and Chrome, no tooltip is displayed when I mouse over.

In FF, the tooltip is displayed, but it sits behind the dropdown choice list and got blocked.

I tried this on Fuji version of platform.
