Can we make an outbound phone call from an incident

Hi All,

I would like to have a feature on every incident. I need to have a Call Button on the incident form, using which the assigned to person should be able to call the Caller of the incident. 

We have CISCO IP Phone in our organization. Can any one let me know is it possible and how to do this.

You can follow the Setup ServiceNow CTI with Twilio
