Can we show the variable details of catalog item in notification same as with the OAM ?

HI,  

As we installed the OAM plugin and included that email script '${mail_script:include_approval_actionable}' in our Approval request notification, it looks like the below. the details in the options section are variables of the catalog item.

But when we forwarded it or when the outlook version is not compatible, then it goes to the older version. which looks like below.

As in 'what it will contain' of the Approval request notification, the options details are not defined. 

Now how can we show the variable details dynamically in the options section of the notification being sent ?
