I would like to know if it's possible to run a report that looks for specific keywords in Work Notes and just extract into the report the Work Notes that have those words included - not the entire Work Note history for that record.
Otherwise, it generates a lot of noise that requires cleanup upon export, and I am trying to find an easier way to just get the specific Work Notes I am looking for on the report.
The report query is set up to look for all records that contain "Clown" (not really, just for this question). It produces a report, but it includes every single Work Note in that record - not just the Work Notes that contain "Clown".
Any way to do this?
