Hi All,
I have created a RITM report for a specific catalog item and scheduled to send the report on a particular time, daily. The format of the file is CSV, When the users recieve the file they dont see the display name in the header , instead they can view the backend value of the field.
How to get this fixed. If it can be sent via flow designer. Please share me the steps. Thanks

Hi @MohammedYaseen ,
Please follow the instructions in the link below and you can export CSV file with the label
Export to CSV files shows column names as Header instead of column labels - Support and Troubleshoot...
Hope this helps!

csv only shows the backend field/variable value and not the label
you can check this KB but it would be impacting entire platform which I won't recommend
Instead why not use Excel format?
