Can you have Change Tasks within a Template?

Hi ServiceNow Community,

I toggled to the Template Bar and created a Template from a old Change Request but the Change Tasks associated to the Change Request were not added to the template.   Is this not possible?   Is there a way to add Change Tasks to a Template?   

Any help or ideas you can provide would be greatly appreciated
