Hi Team,
I have a requirement as - I need to add a catalog item as a related link on a incident form or any particular form.
and after a click on this link my catalog form must be opened to submit a request.
Pls let me know how can I achieve this requirement.
Can we achieve this via UI action and tick the "form link" checkbox as true on UI action . But how we can have our catalog item under this link.
Pls help

I have not tried yet with the solution you have provided.
Once I will implement that , will surely mark this as correct answer.
One more requirement related to this only I have.
The catalog item that we are requesting through the related link on a incident form or any other particular form , that request needs to be visible under a related list on the same form (on which we have a related link for the catalog item).
and the table in which we are inserting the data via catalog request is itself a existing related list on the same form.
Can you pls help me , how we build this relationship to get the requests under the desired related list..
