Hi Team,
I am having an issue with the Catalog item used in the Order guide.
I have specified the delivery time as 2 days on the item level but somehow in the order guide it's showing 35 days. Any idea how's it happening?

the delivery time on catalog item when it comes to order guide is not dependent on the time you specify on item.
The order guide calculates delivery or estimated delivery using the maximum delivery time among all items in the order, as defined by their respective workflows or execution plans.

Hi @apoorvaagar ,
This issue is almost always caused by a Workflow, Flow Designer flow, or a Service Level Agreement (SLA) attached to the Catalog Item, which overrides the simple "Delivery time" value you set on the item's form.
Refer the below post for more information on delivery time configuration
