Let's say I have a catalog item called "XYZ" now I want to know in which portal and what is the exact location in which the item "XYX" is present. This should in portal

If you open that particular catalog item, you will see all the details :

Let's say the item "Apple " from your screenshot. Now how to know in which portal this item is present???

Information related to in which portal it is there is not present in the item form(screenshot you provided)

So untill unless you will not open the item in portal , you will not get the fullpath.
