Service Desk Survey Results with details -Incident number, Service offering..

Dear community,

 

when a survey is sent to a user after his incident is closed, is there any way to get also the details for the each survey result, to also have the details like Incident Number, Service offering etc.?

So that to analyse, like, 60% of the 5 stars rating is for the incidents belogs to service offering X..

Hi @IlknurY ,

You can review survey results in the 'asmt_metric_result' table, which contains the result sets, and the 'asmt_assessment_instance' table, which tracks the sent surveys. Each survey is associated with a specific metric category and name, and these are reported separately.
