Catalog item try it form page is not showing some variables

Catalog item try it form page is not showing some variables and it is behaving differently , but in portal its showing correct form

Hi Ankur 

By disable all UI polices it's working

I can see all variables on RITM page

you can see one example UI policy is below screen shot

then definitely some UI policy is causing the issue

Hi Ankur 

There are 2 different UI Policies 

1.If Request type is A & Number of Request is 1

Below Fields should be Displayed

->Type of Request

->Mandatory - preloaded with saved dataService

->Category

Mandatory - preloaded with saved data->Subcategory

Mandatory - preloaded with saved data->Approval Group

Mandatory - preloaded with saved data->Approver / Change Manager name

2.If Request type is B & Number of Request is 1

Below Fields should be Displayed

->Type of Request

Mandatory - preloaded with saved data->Service

->Category

Mandatory - preloaded with saved data->Subcategory

->Mandatory - preloaded with saved dataApprover / Change Manager name

 

In both UI Policies Applies on RITM checked it is behaving Different

If one of the UI Policy Applies on RITM checked & another UI Policy Applies on RITM unchecked it is behaving Different

Sorry we are not sure what's configured in your instance so cannot help much.

Please check the behavior for another catalog item as well

Open the Workflow corresponding to catalog item. Open the task where you want to see all the variables. - Select the variables that you want to see on task form, shuffle to right-hand side as shown below.
