Catalog item variable is invisible in Service Portal

Hi All,

I have a form where Name is the variable and it is visible in legacy form. But in service portal it is shown under require information as mandatory field but not visible to users to enter the data. 

Visible on guides is set to true and no UI policies are available on this form. Kindly assist on this issue.

Hi @Madhuravathi Mekala ,

Check if all are checked for variable, if Yes then check for client script as well and if it is running as UI type 'All'.? Mark my answer as correct or hit like based on impact.

Can you check onload client script is hiding the field or on change client script disabling the visibility,,?

To do the test disable all Client script and check the status. Enable the client script one by one.
