Catalog Tasks missing Work Notes entry field

Our sc_task form is missing the work_notes field and I'm not sure why...

The form appears to be configured to show it properly, and I don't see any UI Policies, Client Scripts or ACL issues that are preventing it from showing up.  What could I be missing here?

Hi @Brian Bouchard ,

 

Can you check configure form layout as well if the field exist on the selected bucket. Else can you try to bring comments & work notes field n check.

The field shows in the Form Layout as well.  Not sure what you mean by bringing the fields in check.

Hi Brian,

Did you check if there happens to be any UI Policy or onLoad Client() script

Seems bit weird. There must be some script or policy which might be hiding it. Can you please cross check one more time if there is any.
