There is Distribution Cost, Distribution Cost Rule and Distribution Units table available in ServiceNow.

Hi,

All we in ServiceNow have groups that has list of members. Additionally, each of group can have a mail that can point to DL or team mail. Kindly help confirm what exactly is that you are looking after.
