Category names for notifications

Hi Team,

 

Can anyone please help on notification categories. we do have few notifications on different tabes but not sure what will be the category to be selected . Example, one notification is written on clone_instance table but not sure what will be category to select here. we have Uncategorized option but we need to select the exact categiry 

 

Any suggestions really helps
