Change Lead Time using ServiceNow Module

Dear Community members,

 

What is perceived as lead time?

How Many lead times and to be used at which juncture?

 

In ServiceNow we have states:

Draft -> Acceptance -> Preparation -> Build -> Test -> Approval -> Implementation ->Closed

 

CAB presentation Lead time observed from "Approval" state to "Implementation Planned Start Time":

Condition is to have the Change Request in Approval state to be presented in CAB

Hi @Raj-26 

 

Ootb Servicenow did not provide any lead time except at time of raising the change and that is 3days and you can change as per need and that has been defined and configured in risk condition ootb.

 

You need to define your own lead times for other states.

 

You can do this via system property, I m just sharing my previous experience so define lead time at property n then use in UI action
