I am currently exploring the change management module and would like to add another level of approval to workflows in different states before implementation in production.
Here is the use case I would like to address:
- When the Change state is at or below "Asset" (Change Coordinator approval).
- When the Change state is at or below "Authorize" (Manager approval).
Currently, our issue arises when the state is at or below "Asset" and is approved by the Change Coordinator (modified by the change approval policy). The state is then skipped from "Authorize" to "Schedule". Is there any workaround or which workflow should I modify to ensure that the state proceeds to "Authorize" and is able to be approved by managers?
