Change Management Dashboard

Hi all

 

1. I would like to know if the attached Change Management dashboard is OOB (Utah)?

2. If so, how do I get to it, I cannot find it under dashboards?

Which version PDI do you have? I woul really really like to test the change management dashboard but it just isn't there? I am using Tokyo.

We are running Washington and the Change Management dashboard is installed, however I found that it is set to inactive. The one that is installed and active is the Change Overview dashboard.
