Change Management - Making sub subcategory dependent on category.

Hi, I am trying to make sub subcategory dependent on category within Change management. For example 

Field: Is Security Impacted? (mandatory field)

Type: Dropdown 

Options: Yes/No 

If "Yes" is selected in the field above, then the following mandatory field should appear.

Field: If Yes, Please Expand

Type: Free Text

I have created these fields,  how do i create the dependency please?

You Got to create a UI policy and Ui Policy action.

1. Create a UI policy with condition as > 'Is Security Impacted?' > is > 'Yes' 

2. Save the record.

3. In the same record related list click 'New' in UI policy action.

4. Create a condtion to make filed visible and mandatory.

Condition  'Is Security Impacted?' is 'Yes' 

UI Policy Action : Field you want to make visible and mandatory, Make Visible and Mandatory True and Read Only as Leave alone

Thank you for the prompt response. I am new to change management, and not sure how to create UI policy within change management. Can you please attach some screenshots to help pls.
