Change Management Process Workflow - Managers Approval Step

I am fairly new at using ServiceNow, Change Management and Workflows so I am posting this question for a little guidance on the following.

Currently our Change Management workflow/process is as follows:

  • Change record is started
  • CI is entered
  • Assignment Group is automatically populated with the 'group' that is set in the 'change group' field on the CI
  • Approval List is automatically populated with the 'manager' that is set on the assignment group from above

We are running into issues with having only 1 manager set as the approver and would like to change the workflow/process in order to get the approver list to have multiple managers listed on a change (see the following attachment).

 

Any help or guidance on this is greatly appreciated.
